Shipping & Delivery
- All products are shipped through India Post, for domestic couriers.
- All domestic orders placed are expected to deliver in 2 to 7 days approximately, depending on the distance.
Please note, unforeseeable delays with the courier may occur due to weather, traffic etc.
- For urgent orders, you may inform beforehand through WhatsApp (+91 7021371518) mentioning the expected delivery date. If private courier service is used, shipping charges may change accordingly.
- Shipping charges for domestic orders are ₹50 all over India.
- Ensure you provide accurate delivery address, specifically PINCODE and contact number. In case of a delivery returned back to us as a result of incorrect or insufficient address, you are required to pay for the shipping charges again.
- As our team works hard to get your order dispatched at the earliest, ensure a careful review of the details of your order including the address. Aivory cannot make any changes in the order details once you click submit.

All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10am – 6pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
